Bedroom

The bedroom is located at the rear of the boat which is entered from outside onto a staircase that winds down to the starboard side. On top of the staircase to the port is the wet locker/airing cupboard with the calorifier below. The staircase has storage below with cupboard door access. At the bottom of the staircase to the port side is a full height wardrobe with four drawers below. On the portside the bed carcasses are constructed with removable tops for access to storage underneath with two large pull out drawers to the front. Supplied with sprung mattress. Above the bed is an overhead cupboard for storage. Privacy door leading from the bedroom into the rest of the boat. (optional extra).

Bathroom

The bathroom is on the port side fitted with vanity sink and storage cupboard below, 12v electric flush cassette toilet and 30"x24" tiled shower cubicle.

Corridor

In the corridor is a full height wardrobe giving storage for clothes for the occasional births.

Galley

The galley is on the port side and is of a half moon shape with fitted worktop. Fitted with stainless steel  sink and drainer. Stainless built in cooker and hob to match. Below the sink are two large storage cupboards and drawers between. Above at head height to the aft is an overhead storage cupboard and to the bow suspended above the worktop is a double sided glass fronted cabinet. To the starboard side of the galley directly under the side hatch is a narrow storage cupboard with two doors and two drawers above.

Dinette

The dinette is on the port side with bench seat to the aft and the bow with removable tops  for access to storage underneath. The table is in the middle which drops down to make up occasional birth. Supplied with upholstery to customers choice.

Lounge

The lounge is open plan. There is a TV unit and bookcase on the starboard side. On the port side is solid fuel Stove. L-Shaped fixed seating with storage below and removable table. (Optional extra).

Hull & Superstructure

Cruiser stern, fabricated in steel to 10/6/5/4mm thickness.
Rubbing strakes, welded both top and bottom. One full length plus quarter length fender.
Decks, all self draining.
Weed hatch, quick release.

Ballast

2" concrete flags with felt underlay.

Floors

Floors are constructed from 18mm exterior grade plywood, the underside and edges painted with bitumen.

Water Tank

The water tank is integral type under the fore deck which holds approx 120 gallons. The tank is painted with a potable grade coating. An inspection hatch is fitted in the fore deck to allow access.

Interior Linings & Bulkheads

The cabin sides and roof are lined with oak veneered plywood and trimmed with styling trims executed in sapele hardwood, which is chosen to provide contrast. Bulkheads are constructed from 19mm oak veneered panels.

Front Cabin Doors

Double doors constructed from solid sapele, 2/3rds glazed with laminated glass, 1/3 raised fielded panel. Fitted with 5 lever security deadlock and brass furniture. Finished with three coats of yacht varnish.

Double doors with sliding hatch constructed from steel, interior lined with oak veneered panels and brass furniture.

All Screws and Fixings will either be brass, stainless steel or zinc plated steel to prevent rust and to ease later extraction if necessary.

Cabin Heating

Solid fuel stove in lounge. Heating can also be provided by Eberspacher Hydronic DW5 diesel water heater, supplying three 800mmx600mm radiators and a towel rail. Includes 7 day programmer and frost stat protection. (Optional extra).

Water Heating

Water will be heated by propulsion engine coolant and from the Eberspacher water heater if fitted. Heated water will be stored in a twelve gallon vertical calorifier in airing cupboard.

Water Pipes and Connections

Pipe work and connections are executed in Hep2o as this is less susceptible to frost damage than copper.

Water Pump

The water pump is a diaphragm type pump with integral pressure switch, complete with 5ltr accumulator tank.

The toilet is a thetford 12v electric flush cassette toilet.

Engine & Gearbox

Isuzu 35:

4 cylinder 1500cc, 35hp engine, keel cooled. Newage PRM 120 mechanical gearbox, supplied with standard control panel. Twin 80amp Alternators. Centre Flex Coupling (on 1 ½” Tube).

The diesel tank is approx 40 gallons.

Electrics

12V

Cabin electrical services are supplied by two - 12 volt 110 amp hour batteries, charged by the 2nd engine alternator. All wiring will be heavy gauge multi-strand cable. All circuits will be designed to produce less voltage drop than required for CE certification. Individual circuits are distributed via a 10-way consumer unit which are protected by miniature circuit breakers. The control panel has a built in altimeter to enable you to check state of the batteries. Heavy duty master switches will be fitted with removable keys.

240V electrical services are supplied by landline hook-up as standard. Protected by 16amp RCD, supplying four double brass recessed sockets.

Cabin Lighting

Individually switched brass framed with teak base 12v halogen roof lights in each cabin. Brass downlights under all overhead cupboards and wall lights in lounge and dining room.

Ventilation

Five brass mushroom vents are fitted over the appropriate rooms down the length of the boat. Brass louvered vents are fitted to the front and rear doors.

Paint Scheme & Specification

Exterior paint work in two colours with coach lines and fully “blacked” below top strake.  Roof, gunwales, fore and aft decks all have non-slip surfaces.
